endurance, and aerobic capacity.

ZUMBA FITNESS
A fun combination of latin dance and exercise moves

All classes modified to suit individual fitness

Why personal training ?

People choose personal training over group fitness for a number of reasons.

to fit in with their schedule rather than fitting in with a group fitness timetable.
* Some people have special needs that require special attention. Eg Injury, health risks, depression.
* Some people have specific goals that need specific training. E.g. Sports specific, Muscle hypertrophy etc.
* Personal training can be used as a stepping stone into group fitness.

What will you get?

* The initial consultation begins with a pre-
screening and lifestyle appraisal followed by a
fitness assessment that will look at BMI,
flexibility, endurance, posture, cardiovascular
performance, strength and nutritional goals.
* From the information gathered a
program is developed that is unique,
enjoyable, challenging, effective, and specific
to your needs.
* Session times are structured to accommodate
your budget.
* Sessions will be taken at the PAC, Cecil St,
NIMBIN with access to glorious natural setting
of the great outdoors.
* Sessions are on a one to one basis or in small
groups of up to three.
